Booking Policy
We do require a valid credit card to secure booked appointments at Lucere. All credit card information will be processed and stored securely.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
You are responsible for keeping your appointment, or for cancelling a minimum of 48-hours prior to your allotted appointment time. Text notifications are sent upon booking, and reminders will be sent the week of your scheduled appointment.
Please contact us at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment to let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will provide another guest the opportunity to have access to needed appointments. If we do not receive prior notification, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to $100. When an appointment goes unfulfilled, we lose the opportunity to potentially provide your scheduled service to another guest.
Check in Policy
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, the length of the treatment may have to be adjusted to accommodate the next scheduled reservation. If the scheduled treatment cannot be adjusted based on how late you have arrived, you will be subject to the cancellation policy amounting to $100.
Reservation Policy
In order to reserve your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your treatments in advance. We recommend booking your next appointment right after your fulfilled appointment.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts (including membership upgrades).
Gift cards are redeemable for non-medical cosmetic treatments only.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash & is non-refundable.
