Great news! Your client account for online booking has already been created! You just need to create your password.
To access your account & view your:
- Gift cards
- Package details
- Skincare products
- Previous appointments
- Membership benefits
You must follow all instructions below for access & to book online:
Step 1: Visit the link below.
Step 2: Click ‘Sign In’ in the top right corner.
Step 3: Click ‘forgot password’ – this will connect to your current profile at Lucere.
Step 4: Enter the mobile number or email you have on file with us.
Step 5: Provide your first name.
Step 6: Use the Verification Code that is texted or emailed to you to create your password.
Step 7: Now you are all set!

You can now access some of your key account details from the clinic, such as gift card balances, package details, skincare product purchases and previous appointments & even update your contact information.
How to Book Online
Step 1: Click the link above. then select 'Sign In'.
Step 2: Enter the mobile number associated with your Lucere account.
Step 3: Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number.
Step 4: Choose your treatment, select a provider, pick a date & time, then click 'Book Appointment'.
Step 5: Review your appointment details, then select 'Confirm Booking'.
